Undara Lava Tube Tours / Terms & Conditions

Full payment of your tours is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. Once we receive your booking confirmation, your credit card will be debited (please note below card surcharge). The name that will appear on your statement will be Undara Lava Tube Tours.

Credit cards incur a surcharge:

• Visa & Mastercard 1.1% surcharge

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

All cancellations and booking amendments must be made in writing to enquiries@undaratours.com.au

If anything happens to change your travel plans, please notify us immediately. Cancellation is seven days prior to arrival date.

• Bookings cancelled outside the seven-day period from arrival will be refunded their deposit, less a $30 cancellation fee per reservation (tour booking).
• Cancellations made within the seven-day period of arrival is non-refundable.

As per the Queensland Government regulations, it is no longer a legal requirement for people diagnosed with COVID-19 to isolate.

We recommend all travellers purchase travel insurance.
